Magic 8 Ball Series

These portraits are from a series of the Society of 8, the hosts for the Magic 8 Ball, a bash that promotes a good time, and donates the proceeds to a charity.

I set out to take portraits of the hosts, who have a varied background of talents, professions, and interests, as an exercise for myself. I have tried to fuse the personality of the subject, the person's interests, with visually interesting places. Usually we discuss in tandem what we would like to do. These are the results, so far.
